Terms and conditions of use

Please read the terms and conditions set out below carefully before entering or using the breast enlargement or breast enhancement forum or message board. Please note that the forum moderators have the right but not the obligation to remove any postings that they believe are in breach of these terms and conditions.  

Your participation in online postings occurs in real time and is not edited, censored, or otherwise controlled by the forum moderators unless it beaches the breast enlargement forum terms and conditions. (iv) You may not post or transmit any message, data, image or program that would violate the property rights of others, including unauthorised copyrighted text, images or programs, trade secrets or other confidential proprietary information, and trademarks or service marks used in an infringing fashion.

(v) You may not interfere with other users use of the forum.

(vi) You may not post or transmit any file which contains viruses, worms, "Trojan horses" or any other contaminating or destructive features.

(vii) You may not post or transmit any message which is harmful, threatening, abusive or hateful. It is not the forum's intent to discourage you from taking controversial positions or expressing vigorously what may be unpopular views; however, the moderators reserve the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in cases where the forum is used to disseminate statements which are deeply and widely offensive and/or harmful.

(viii) You may not post or transmit charity requests, petitions for signatures, chain letters or letters relating to pyramid schemes. You may not post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials or any other solicitation of other users of the forum for goods or services.

(ix) You may not post or list articles which are off-topic according to the description of the group or list or send unsolicited mass e-mailings to people if such e-mail could reasonably be expected to provoke complaints from its recipients.

(x) You may not use the facilities and capabilities of the forum to conduct any activity or solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of others.

(xi) Please remember that the subject of the forum is breast enhancement or enlargement, particularly natural or herbal breast enhancement or enlargement. You are asked not to post wildly off topic as this degrades the forum experience for everyone, but the moderators recognise than any views or information on natural or herbal products of any kind are potentially of interest to forum visitors and these are considered acceptable.

Regarding any postings that you make in the forum, you agree to grant to the forum a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sublicense, to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) you submit to the forum by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. You also grant to the forum the right to use your name in connection with the submitted materials and other information as well as in connection with all advertising, marketing and promotional material related thereto. You agree that you shall have no recourse against the forum for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to us.

You understand that the forum does not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services in any way. The forum does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including without limitation warranties of title or noninfringement, or the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) with regard to the forum, any information, product or service mentioned on the forum and the forum shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such items. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided through the forum. The forum does not warrant that it will remain uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects in the forum will be corrected.

The forum's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

A note on e-mail: use of your e-mail address in the forum is voluntary.  However, please note that we do not use or collect e-mail addresses ourselves for any purpose. Note also that we have no control over any e-mail that takes place between or among forum participants whether in the form of singular e-mail or e-mail lists or chains.
